  7. Work Permit ( IMTA)

  8. Residence Permit ( KITAS).

• Indonesian Citizen Entering to Indonesia :

  1. Original Passport

  2. Employment Letter

  3. Letter of Statement

  4. Original HAWB/HBL

  5. Original Power of Attorney

  6. Inventory List stamped by Indonesia consulate at origin

  7. Letter of notification that client stay at  abroad more than 1 year for study or work purposes.
